Tidy Cloud

Your email attachments stay safe in Tidy Cloud: they're not lost even if deleted from your mail server, and they open and download faster.

How it's protected

Tidy encrypts every file with its own key, then keeps it in a secure data centre in London. The storage provider can't see what's in your files.

How much it costs

• Pay for what you use: $0.30 (£0.25, €0.30) a month per 10 GB.
• 1 GB free during the trial.
• In a Business account, the space is shared; everyone uses the same space.

If your space is full

New attachments aren't kept, but nothing is deleted. Attachments still open from your mail server.

What isn't kept

• Attachments of suspicious emails
• Calendar invitations
• Files larger than 25 MB

If you turn it off

The copies in Tidy Cloud are deleted; the documents stay on your mail server. Documents you upload to Tidy yourself are always kept for free and aren't affected.
