Team chat retention

How long team chat messages are kept is a company policy.

Messages and files past the period are deleted for everyone, pinned ones too. Imported WhatsApp histories are deleted by their upload date.

• Forever, 5 years, 2 years, 1 year or 90 days

The company's owner or an admin changes this. When the period is shortened, older messages are deleted within an hour; this can't be undone.
