Add your price list, FAQ and handbook; Tidy answers questions from them.

• Add a PDF, Word, Excel, text or image file, or type the text directly (up to 15 MB).
• Tidy answers questions in chat from these documents and says which one it used.
• Documents you mark “Use in replies to customers” are also used in reply drafts and automatic replies. It's a good idea for price lists and FAQs.

Who sees them?

In a Personal account only you and Tidy see your documents. In a Business account owners and admins add documents and choose who sees each one (everyone, departments or people).
