Team

In a Business account, invite your team and set roles and departments.

Invites

Create an invite link and send it to the person. If you enter an email, the link only works with that address. Team invites need your business's own domain (e.g. [email protected]); with a public address like Gmail you can use Business on your own.

Roles

  • Owner: owns the account.
  • Admin: members, roles, modules and company details.
  • Department manager: invites members to their own department.
  • Member: their own mailboxes and everything in Tidy.
  • Guest: doesn't see the team list; only what is shared with them.

Departments

Set up the department tree and each department's manager. The member chosen as manager becomes a “Department manager”.

Audit log

Who changed what on the team, sign-ins, email approvals and work Tidy did on its own are recorded. No email content is recorded; entries are kept for 2 years.

Everyone's mailbox is open only to them. Nobody, including owners and admins, can see someone else's emails, and Tidy follows the same rule in every answer.
