AI credits

Tidy's AI work is measured in credits. What uses credits, what never stops, and how they renew.

What uses credits?

• Email summaries: under 1 credit each.
• Questions to Tidy: about 20 credits each.
• Drafts, translations and reading documents.

What doesn't?

Receiving, reading, searching and sending email, and security scanning. Even if your credits run out, your email keeps arriving and stays protected.

Setup is free

When you connect Tidy, summaries of your latest 5,000 received and 500 sent emails are free. Older emails are loaded and summarised when you open them.

Renewal

Your plan's credits renew at the start of each month and don't roll over. In a Business account everyone uses a shared pool; admins can set a monthly limit per person.

Right now

Credit amounts per plan will be set soon. For now we only measure; nothing stops. You can see your usage in Settings → Usage; it shows only numbers, never email content.
